ANNE -MAREE O'BRIEN
Anne-Maree is a hospitality expert having grown up and spent many years managing her family catering company, O’Brien Group Australia, one of the largest catering companies in Australia in New Zealand, specialising in stadiums, restaurants and hotels and employing over 6,500 staff.
Anne-Maree has overseen every element of the exclusive catering at major stadiums such as the Gabba in Brisbane and Eden Park Stadium in New Zealand, feeding over 60,000 people.
This included providing meals for the fine dining areas of the stadiums as well as the many different food concepts for the public areas. Anne-Maree has also successfully set up, run and designed many of the family’s restaurants and gourmet pubs, bringing crowds to their doors.
With a passion for food and hospitality in her blood, Anne-Maree has a strong appreciation for what it takes to make it in the hospitality industry.
